Craft Together for Android — Terms and Conditions
Effective date: September 23, 2026
Last updated: September 23, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Craft Together Android application and its related features, content, subscriptions, and services (collectively, the "Services"). The Services are provided by Colwood Craft, LLC, doing business as Craft Together ("Craft Together," "we," "us," or "our").
These Terms apply to the Android product. The website and iPhone terms apply separately. Android purchases do not unlock Pro on iPhone, and iPhone purchases do not unlock Android Pro. Family records are not transferred between the two apps.
Please read these Terms carefully. By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Who May Use Craft Together
Craft Together is designed for parents, guardians, caregivers, teachers, and other adults who plan and supervise family craft activities. You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Services. If you use Craft Together for a family, classroom, group, or organization, you represent that you have authority to make the relevant decisions and provide any required permissions.
Children should use Craft Together only with the involvement and supervision of a parent, guardian, or other responsible adult. Children may not independently create accounts, purchase subscriptions, submit support requests, or use shopping features.
2. App License and Google Play
The Craft Together application is licensed, not sold. These Terms govern your use of the Android app, its content and services, and your relationship with Craft Together. Your use of Google Play and purchases through Google Play are also subject to Google's applicable terms and the offer shown before purchase.
Colwood Craft, LLC provides Craft Together. Google is not the provider of our craft content or family features. Nothing in these Terms replaces mandatory consumer rights or changes Google's obligations under its own agreements.
3. Limited License
Subject to these Terms, Craft Together grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your own noncommercial family, caregiving, classroom, or educational purposes.
You may print or save craft instructions for those permitted purposes. You may not reproduce or distribute a substantial portion of the Craft Together catalog; sell, sublicense, rent, or commercially exploit the Services or their content; remove proprietary notices; create a competing database from the Services; or copy, reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services except where applicable law expressly permits the activity.
4. Devices and Local Family Data
The Android app does not require a Craft Together login. Family profiles, memories, private photos, favorites, supplies, plans and progress are stored on the device. Android V1 does not provide family cloud sync, a server backup of family records, or migration between iPhone and Android.
You are responsible for securing your device and the Google account used for purchases. A Google Play purchase account is not a Craft Together family account.
The app opts out of Android cloud backup and device-transfer backup. Uninstalling the app, clearing its storage, using its local-data deletion controls, losing the device or a storage failure can remove family records and private memory photos. A previous local recovery copy may help with a damaged save, but it is not an off-device backup. Craft Together cannot recover family records from its servers because the Android app does not upload them there.
Restoring a purchase restores eligible Android Pro access, not family profiles, photos, memories or progress. Save separate copies of photos or memories you want to keep before removing app data. Sharing individual items is not a full-family backup or migration service.
Optional saving of new camera captures to the device gallery is off by default and available on supported devices. Gallery copies, original photos selected from elsewhere and content you share to another app may remain after reset or uninstall. Manage those copies and their backup settings through the relevant device or service controls.
5. Craft Together Pro Subscriptions
Craft Together may offer automatically renewing Android Pro subscriptions, free trials or promotional offers through Google Play. The price, billing period, trial duration, eligibility, renewal terms and included features are shown before purchase and form part of your purchase terms. This document itself offers no trial or discount. Free use does not require a subscription or trial.
Google Play processes Android purchases, and RevenueCat helps Craft Together verify purchase and entitlement status. Pro access requires a confirmed active entitlement; a pending payment alone does not unlock Pro. Internet access may be needed to purchase, restore access, verify an entitlement or download Pro content.
Unless canceled, an automatically renewing subscription continues at the price and billing cycle disclosed to you, subject to applicable price-change notices and consent requirements. If an eligible free trial converts to a paid subscription, you will be charged the disclosed amount unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Manage or cancel through Google Play using the Google account that holds the subscription. You can use the app's subscription-management link or the Google Play subscription center. Cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge. Deleting the app, clearing its data or stopping use does not cancel a subscription. See Google's cancellation instructions.
Cancellation generally leaves access for the period already paid, subject to refund, revocation and other applicable rules. Refund eligibility depends on the purchase, timing, payment method, location and applicable law. See Google Play's refund policies, or contact support@crafttogether.app for help. These Terms neither guarantee a refund nor exclude a right to one. Craft Together does not receive your complete payment-card details or Google Play password.
Use the app's restore-purchases option with the purchasing Google account to recheck eligible Android access. Apple purchases cannot be restored into Android, and Android purchases do not unlock the iPhone app. Restore does not recover lost local family data.
If Pro ends, Pro features become restricted. Subscription expiration alone does not delete your local memories. Your retained memories remain viewable and deletable; adding or editing beyond the Free allowance requires Pro. Additional child profiles remain stored, while Free activity and profile editing use the first child. Deleting family data is a separate action.
6. Family Craft and Safety Responsibilities
Craft Together is a planning and inspiration tool. Craft descriptions, age ranges, difficulty labels, material lists, time estimates, supervision notes, substitutions, and images are general guidance. They cannot account for every child's abilities, health, behavior, environment, or household circumstances.
A responsible adult must review each activity before beginning and provide active, age-appropriate supervision. You are responsible for deciding whether an activity, material, tool, or instruction is appropriate for your situation. In particular:
- Follow all product labels, manufacturer instructions, warnings, and recall notices.
- Closely supervise scissors, craft knives, needles, hot glue, ovens, heat sources, electrical items, chemicals, paints, adhesives, magnets, batteries, cords, and small parts.
- Check for choking, strangulation, burn, cut, ingestion, allergy, toxicity, ventilation, fire, stain, and property-damage risks.
- Use child-safe and nontoxic materials when appropriate and provide protective equipment and ventilation.
- Keep unsafe tools and materials out of children's reach.
- Stop an activity if conditions become unsafe or a participant is uncomfortable.
Craft Together does not provide medical, developmental, occupational-therapy, educational, product-safety, or other professional advice. If you have a safety, allergy, developmental, accessibility, or health concern, consult an appropriate professional before beginning an activity. In an emergency, contact local emergency services or poison control.
7. Craft Content and AI-Generated Images
We work to make craft content practical and useful, but we do not guarantee that every instruction, image, measurement, substitution, material recommendation, time estimate, or availability statement is complete, accurate, current, or suitable for a particular user.
Some craft illustrations may be created or supplemented using artificial intelligence. AI-generated images are visual references, not photographs or guarantees of a finished result. They may contain inaccurate, unrealistic, or inconsistent details. Always follow the written instructions, use your own judgment, and apply the safety responsibilities in these Terms.
We may correct, revise, replace, or remove craft content at any time.
8. Your Project Content
Craft Together allows adults to add child profile information, favorites, progress, plans, supply information, ratings, notes, photos, memories and other family content ("Your Content"). You retain any ownership rights you have in Your Content.
You authorize the app to store, display and process family content locally as needed for the features you choose, and to hand off content when you deliberately use sharing or gallery-saving features. This does not authorize uploading private family records to a family cloud service. Support messages you choose to send may be processed as reasonably necessary to respond, secure the service, comply with law and handle your request, as described in the Android Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have the right and any necessary permission to provide Your Content. Do not submit unlawful, infringing or abusive content, or unnecessary sensitive information. Do not add a child's information or photos unless you have authority and any necessary permission.
Craft Together does not claim a right to publicly display private family memories or use private family photos or notes for advertising or AI training.
9. Local Ratings, Feedback and Support
In Android V1, craft ratings and issue descriptions saved inside the app stay on the device. Saving them does not submit a report to Craft Together or place it in a monitored support queue. We do not automatically upload these records later.
For help, contact support@crafttogether.app separately and identify that you are using the Android app. If you send a suggestion or other feedback, we may use it to operate, troubleshoot and improve Craft Together. We may use general ideas and suggestions without restriction or compensation, while handling personal information under our Android Privacy Policy.
Avoid unnecessary confidential, medical, financial or other sensitive information in notes, reports and support messages. Do not send passwords or complete payment-card details.
10. Shopping Links and Affiliate Disclosure
Shopping is optional. If you enable shopping and open an Amazon product link, you leave Craft Together and transact directly with the retailer. Shopping lists and product links are offered for convenience and do not guarantee a product's price, availability, delivery, safety or suitability.
Craft Together participates in affiliate programs and may earn a commission from qualifying purchases. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Using an affiliate link does not increase the retailer's price solely because you used our link.
The retailer's terms, privacy notice, return policy and product information apply. Review selected products and quantities before purchasing. Craft Together is not the seller and does not receive your retailer payment credentials or complete order history.
11. Third-Party Services
The Android Services depend on or link to Google Play, Google Play Integrity, RevenueCat, Cloudflare, Amazon and our email/support providers. Sharing and gallery-saving features may send information to a destination you choose. These services have their own terms and privacy practices, and their availability, content, pricing and performance are outside Craft Together's control.
We are not responsible for third-party services except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded. Your use of a third-party service may require a separate account or agreement.
12. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Use the Services unlawfully, fraudulently, or to harm another person.
- Attempt to bypass subscriptions, access controls, security checks, rate limits, or feature restrictions.
- Probe, scan, disrupt, overload, or introduce malware into the Services.
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract the catalog, website, or user information except with our written permission.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority.
- Submit content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Use the Services or their content to train a competing model, build a competing catalog, or provide a competing commercial service without written permission.
- Use shopping or support features in an abusive, automated, or misleading manner.
We may investigate misuse and take reasonable steps to protect the Services and users.
13. Ownership
The Services, including their software, design, text, craft catalog, arrangement, graphics, branding, logos, and other content supplied by Craft Together, are owned by Colwood Craft, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
"Craft Together" and associated branding may not be used in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without written permission.
If you believe content in the Services infringes your intellectual-property rights, contact support@crafttogether.app with sufficient information for us to review the claim.
14. Privacy
Our Android Privacy Policy explains how information is handled by the Android app and its supporting services, including local family storage and online catalog, security and purchase processing. By using the Android Services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed it.
The Privacy Policy is not a waiver of any privacy right provided by applicable law. The website and iPhone Privacy Policy applies to those separate services.
15. Service Availability and Changes
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features or content. We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, compatible with every device, or free from errors. Maintenance, outages, third-party service changes, legal requirements, or security events may affect availability.
If a change materially affects a paid subscription, we will provide notice or a remedy when required by applicable law or Google Play rules.
You are responsible for maintaining copies of information you do not want to lose. Local data may be lost if an application or device is deleted, damaged, reset, replaced, or unavailable. Android V1 has no family cloud backup or sync. Local reminders depend on Android permissions, scheduling and device settings; they are not guaranteed to arrive at an exact time and must not be relied on for safety-critical purposes.
16. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Android Services at any time and remove local family records using the app or Android storage controls. There is no Craft Together family login account to close in Android V1. Removing local data does not cancel a Google Play subscription or delete records Google maintains under its policies.
We may suspend access to online services if we reasonably believe you have materially violated these Terms, created a security or legal risk, misused the Services, or if continued access is not reasonably possible. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Any required consumer remedy or subscription obligation remains applicable.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, lawful limitations, dispute provisions and accrued payment obligations—will survive.
17. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." CRAFT TOGETHER DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES OR CRAFT CONTENT WILL BE ERROR-FREE, COMPLETE, SAFE FOR EVERY PARTICIPANT OR ENVIRONMENT, OR AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES. THESE DISCLAIMERS DO NOT EXCLUDE WARRANTIES OR CONSUMER RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.
18. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COLWOOD CRAFT, LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRAFT TOGETHER'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR CRAFT TOGETHER DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR (B) US $50.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, which may include liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or violation of non-waivable consumer rights, depending on applicable law.
19. International Users and Mandatory Consumer Rights
Craft Together is operated from the United States. The Services may not be appropriate or available in every location. You are responsible for following laws that apply to your use of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. If you reside in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Australia, Canada, or another jurisdiction with non-waivable consumer protections, you retain those protections. A governing-law, venue, disclaimer, or limitation provision in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by your local law.
You may not use or export the Services in violation of United States export-control or sanctions laws or other applicable trade restrictions.
20. Governing Law and Disputes
Before filing a formal claim, you and Craft Together agree to make a reasonable, good-faith effort to resolve the issue informally. Send a written description of the issue and requested resolution to support@crafttogether.app. This requirement does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief or filing within an applicable limitation period.
These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration and do not waive your right to participate in a class or representative proceeding where that right applies.
Except where mandatory local law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the laws applicable at Colwood Craft, LLC's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. An eligible claim may be brought in small-claims court. Other disputes may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction serving Colwood Craft, LLC's principal place of business, unless applicable consumer law allows or requires a different forum.
If you are a consumer outside the United States, you may also be entitled to bring a claim in the courts of your usual place of residence and rely on mandatory protections of that jurisdiction.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, law, safety practices, or business operations. We will update the "Last updated" date when we make changes. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice or request renewed agreement when required by law.
Changes apply prospectively from their stated effective date. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the Services.
22. Miscellaneous
These Terms, the Android Privacy Policy, and any purchase terms displayed to you form the applicable agreement concerning the Services. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them as part of a merger, reorganization, financing, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.
Section headings are for convenience only. The word "including" means "including without limitation."
